Hello and welcome to my website. I'm Tracy Gilmour, I have been a trained Reiki Master Teacher and Healer for 13 years, and I am passionate about helping people on their healing journey. I believe that everybody has the potential to heal themselves and I use Reiki and talking therapy to help people connect with their own inner wisdom and healing.
I have a background in sales and marketing, massage and beauty therapy and I am also a mum to two grown up sons. I am strong and independent woman who has faced many challenges in my life, but I have always come out stronger. I believe that my own personal experiences have given me the compassion and understanding to help others on their own healing journey.
My own healing journey started many years ago when I booked on to a personal development retreat where I experienced reiki for the first time and knew I had to find out more. I completed my reiki level 1 degree, soon to be followed by reiki 2, reiki masters and then onto my reiki master teachers degree. Whilst training, I volunteered my services to many charities and friends and family.
I am constantly learning, healing and growing myself. I look forward to meeting you!
