Please give 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not attend the appointment, you will be charged in full.
Reiki Healing
Your first reiki session involves an in-depth discussion about what brought you to Reiki, as well as a thorough explanation of how Reiki works.
Reiki Healing
Your Reiki session takes place in a safe and relaxing treatment room with peaceful music, and aromatherapy oils to enhance the overall experience. You lie on a massage bed fully clothed, with pillows and blankets to ensure complete comfort.
I usually recommend 4 - 8 sessions spaced out fortnightly so that you can continue to release any blockages, balance your chakras and keep a healthy flow of life force energy.
Distance Reiki Healing
Is a technique within the system of Reiki that enables a practitioner to offer Reiki without the recipient being in the room. It is just as beneficial as a one to one treatment.
Intuitive Talk Therapy
An initial session is 75 minutes, 60 minutes thereafter
I connect to source and work intuitively to help and guide you to let go of emotional blocks.

A treatment last 60 minutes
A one-on-one crystal chakra balancing session working with intuitive energy. An ideal holistic solution to cleanse and restore the mind, body, and spirit. As the therapy suggests, these treatments involve balancing and charging the body’s main chakras with the facilitation of crystals.

Once a month we will come together in circle. We will begin with a relaxing meditation, a workshop or guest speaker, Oracle cards and a safe sharing circle 💚
Future topics we will cover will include spirituality, wellness, menopause, tea meditation, quantum healing, womb healing
Workshops
Reiki level 1 - Saturday August 9th
Beginning your reiki journey is life changing. You will gain a deeper connection to yourself, others and source energy
You will learn how to work with reiki energy, heal yourself, others, animals and even plants and food
It is my intention to empower you to lead a happier more peaceful life
Our day will start with setting our intention and a moment of mindfulness.
We will work through the history of Usui Reiki, and through the reiki principles and will cover our connection to each other and ourselves. You will learn and work with emotional intelligence techniques, this is a skill for life
You will receive your attunements, gain hands on experience, self healing, and working on others, which will then lead to your 21 day self healing programme. After this we will meet for a one to one catch up session where you will receive your reiki level 1 certificate
An investment of £205, £95 to reserve your space and the remaining balance ten days before the training commences.
