Reiki Healing
Your first reiki session involves an in-depth discussion about what brought you to Reiki, as well as a thorough explanation of how Reiki works.
Reiki Healing
Your Reiki session takes place in a safe and relaxing treatment room with peaceful music, and aromatherapy oils to enhance the overall experience. You lie on a massage bed fully clothed, with pillows and blankets to ensure complete comfort.
I usually recommend 4 - 8 sessions spaced out fortnightly so that you can continue to release any blockages, balance your chakras and keep a healthy flow of life force energy.
Distance Reiki Healing
Is a technique within the system of Reiki that enables a practitioner to offer Reiki without the recipient being in the room. It is just as beneficial as a one to one treatment.
Intuitive Talk Therapy
An initial session is 75 minutes, 60 minutes thereafter
I connect to source and work intuitively to help and guide you to let go of emotional blocks.
